Phone upgrade
I'm always put off changing my phone as it is never an easy experience! However, last Saturday I had to upgrade both my phone and sim, and couldn't have asked for more help and patience from both Harrison and Meg. They were both friendly, professional and above all took the time to answer my questions, which were a lot! They also ensured the change over of phones was smooth. The experience was only let down when trying to apply an NHS discount on line from home later that day, I had to call Vodafone for some help, but they couldn't have been more different, very unhelpful and I got the sense couldn't really be bothered, so back to the shop I went, and Harrison went above and beyond to sort out the issue. Thanks!

Finley. Excellent member of staff
We were helped by Finley, the most helpful, kind, understanding member of staff in the Vodafone Worthing store. Went to either upgrade or cancel our contract as having g issues with Vodafone customer service and getting hold of them. He went above and beyond to help my son out with getting a new phone, talked to him (he has learning needs) made him feel confident and confident and comfortable. Treated him with care and diligence. Marley Worthing Branch superstar ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Marley was absolutely amazing and fantastic at the Worthing branch. I was at my wits end with parental control and how to do it and he sat with me for a long time and was so very happy to help. I have now left EE (absolutely awful) and re joined Vodafone. I was their customer for over 35 years and I will not leave again. Thank you Marley so much for all your invaluable help and support.

Top notch customer service Vodafone
I absolutely love Vodafone customer services! You coming with a problem and your staff sorting it out straight away. Today Harrison helped me to fix my Internet issues on my both phones. He looked up on my accounts and offered to save a bit of money on my 3 contracts. Now tell me who doesn't like to save money on their phone bill? I definitely love it! He saved me £30 on phone bills and then saved me £12 on my broadband.
He was very polite, helpful and talkative. As I said before thank yuou Vodafone customer service it is always a pleasure to see you!
