Jodi was top notch
Jodi was reassuring , helpful and felt extremely trustworthy . Product is what the product is but at no point did I feel pressured. The shop was busy but was under control due to her management style . I left feeling I had had a good experience which is not often the case when walking in anywhere without an appointment

Every Saturday and Sunday no Internet sometimes during the week as well,roll on October when my contract is up ,I phone them up kept waiting tell me to do this and that go to your telephone box do this and that, I'm 74 trying to crawl on my hands and knees, all I want is to go on my internet which I'm paying for but as yet to no avail

Upgrade experience
Went in to upgrade to the pixel 9 pro, was going to do it online but thought I’d pop in and do it in store for convenience. Excellent service right off the bat, everything was explained well and came out with a new phone :)

Sorting a lost phone
I had lost my phone two days before and when I arrived at the Vodafone shop after work it was 4.45 the two members of staff stayed late to help me sort a new phone out on a anew contract and I was able to access my apps that evening , I was so stressed as I use my phone for running my own business. Chris who served me was absolutely amazing and her colleague was just as helpful . So so grateful to them

I had lost my phone/ had it stolen.have a contract with Vodafone.Went to the store with a replacement iPhone. The two members of staff were fantastic! Put in new SIM card and did the installation of the phone and download from iCloud. Took some time but nothing was too much trouble. Thank you.

New iPhone with elderly mother
I went to get a new phone with my elderly mother who is hard of hearing. We needed help to explain the contracts and phone options that were available for her.
Jack was incredibly helpful and kind. He didn't rush us at all. He explained everything to us, took his time to make sure we understood all options. It didn't feel like we were just customers on the day but real people that he cared about and wanted to help.
We were very appreciative of his help and guidance. It made a huge difference and enabled my Mum have a stress free phone transfer.

Helpful experience
Popped into my nearest Vodafone store to upgrade. I am aware you can upgrade via the app but call me old fashioned I like to have help of a person, and that was Jodi in Wrexham.
Jodi gave me a few options of upgrades including prices. Explained clearly contract terms and conditions.
She helped me transfer my current iPhone contents to the new one and took my old one in for a trade in (which I was given a good price for). There was a few iPhone bits that took some time, but Jodi did this without me in the shop and I felt comfortable to leave my device.
Overall very happy with my experience and shiny new iPhone. Would recommend Jodi at Wrexham.
