Vodafone Ireland Reviews 

I recently renewed my broadband contract with Vodafone and was promised that the annual increase (as happens every April) would not affect the new contract. I have now had 3 bills in a row where I have been overcharged (the bills included the annual increase). Each time I had to ring Vodafone to get them to amend the bill and was promised it would not happen again the following month but here we are again being overcharged. There doesn't seem to be any will to rectify the matter , I have to keep calling to get my monthly bill amended. Very frustrating , potential new customers please be wary.

My mother spoke with Clare in Vodafone in the M1 retail park in Drogheda. She was very confused about her phone top up but Clare took her time and explained everything to her and contacted me, her daughter to explain the new plan to me. Clare was so helpful and patient and should be recognised for her excellent customer service

Trying to find the best option for an iphone 17 pro max after discussing with Natalia I decided to come from another network to Vodafone. Natalia made the whole process simple and easy and great value for me. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. I cannot recommend Natalia enough if you are thinking of changing networks. Well done Vodafone you have a good one there, we won’t go to anyone else now so thankyou.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 phone today from Gavin. He is an expert on all the options available and made the purchase easy for me. It is great that you have professional staff like him. He is a major reason why I recommended this phone to a work colleague who will sync up with Gavin in the next week to get set up.

If anyone has had to listen to the Lying Vodafone message when put on hold, it is hard to believe the Advertising Standards Agency let them broadcast such LIES. The Vodafone Promise is that if you call Vodafone with an issue, they will take it from there. In my own experience I phoned Vodafone on 7 consecutive business days with an issue and each day I was lied to by their agents who all swore I would get a call back the following day. Other than SKY, Vodafone must almost just employ agents who are prepared to lie, instead of helping. Eventually I did report their lying advertisement to the Advertising Standards as I was sick of hearing it over 10 times

We were looked after by Morogh in the Grafton Street Store and he was so helpful and spent time with us to fix our issue. Really exceptional customer service

Irshan was extremely helpful and very efficient . A pleasure to deal with.

It's fine until something stops working. Business helpline says open 8am-8pm. Definitely not there from 6pm until 8pm. Great! Storm fried our router. Honestly got more help from a Google BOT. 3 working days to fix, so 3 days for a business to have no phone line, no network, no card machine, no internet, no printing. Not acceptable in 2026. Had to discover for myself how to create a hotspot from mobile to atleast get some wifi. Medical business. Can't print, can't accept payments etc. Shocking service from Vodafone. Phoned tech support twice, they are polite but don't quite understand. Foreign call center. Not understanding what a patient or shop is. "You have to accept a business to have some "down time" every once in a while madam. We cannot guarantee always to have service & things working all the time". Great service Vodafone!
