Fantastic Service at Vodafone Bray

I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone shop in Bray, thanks to Alex. He was absolutely amazing — so professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted and explained everything so clearly.

It’s such a pleasure to receive this level of customer service. Alex is a real credit to the Vodafone team. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We’ve had an excellent experience with Vodafone Broadband & TV, thanks especially to Abuzar, who provided us with outstanding service at Vodafone Dundrum.

The installers who came to our home were also extremely friendly, polite and respectful. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly, and the broadband speed is excellent.

We’re very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Vodafone Broadband & TV.

Maram in customer service was not helpfull at all as i was trying to explain that my father passed away and i want to change the account from bill pay to pay as you go i was in the mahon branch with a death cert and my own id details already on thursday and the answer i kept getting back from the call agent was my name is not on the account. I sure know that and i am only trying to sort out things for my dad as a nok but got not help most of the places does not ask for a death cert or cause any issues if account holder is deaceased this was just very dissapointing.

trying to speak to VF regarding a line cancellation Just Ask Once - what a joke. I moved to VF in January. It took 4 weeks to get the lines broadband etc sorted. Now ive found out that I am being charged for a old copper line, when I dont need one. Ive been online and on the phone all afternoon trying to get some help. As usual no help!
