Top class customer care
I was recently in the shop looking to see what options I have for an upgrade from my S24+. Linda came over to me and ran through all of the plans and options that are available to me. She came across very knowledgeable and took a genuine interest in showing me what is what.

We went in with Dad to get Internet…
We went in with Dad to get Internet sorted out for his house. There was a queue but we did not wait long. From past experiences with Internet providers there has always been something wrong or it would take long to set up but it wasn't the case. Ciaran made sure we got what we were looking for and we got it done in no time.

Excellent customer service
Ciaran in Vodafone provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. He was extremely helpful, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything properly, made sure all my questions were answered, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free.
It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way he does. Vodafone are lucky to have someone like Ciaran on their team. I’d highly recommend speaking to him if you ever need assistance.
