Mobile not letting me reply to or send a text...
I've had an issue for about four months where I couldn't send a text (only receive them). The message said "Network is not ready. Try again." I did the usual things including turning the phone off and back on again. I then rang Vodafone and they weren't able to sort it. After that, I went into the Grafton Street branch and a lovely guy called Donough? did his best to resolve it including checking with colleagues but to no avail. He advised me to come back on a Friday morning when there is a designated person available. I did so this morning and was referred to Ahmed. He also could not have been more helpful despite also having some initial difficulty in resolving the issue. He then decided to download a newer version of the message app and hey presto the issue resolved! To say I'm really grateful is an understatement. Thanks again Ahmed for coming up with what was in the end was a simple but brilliant solution. A very happy Vodafone customer...

Brendan in your Grafton St shop was most helpful today, when I had a problem with my Vodafone dongle.
He showed great empathy and concern, as I was stressed with the SIM card was out of date.

I visited the Grafton Street store to buy a cover and accessories for iPhone 17
I visited the Grafton Street store yesterday and had an absolutely excellent experience. Brendan gave me fantastic advice on accessories and even offered to fit the screen protector and cover on my iPhone 17 for me. He was incredibly polite, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. This is exactly the type of premium service you hope to receive from a brand like Vodafone. Highly recommended!

Exceptional service
Big thanks to Morogh and Brendan in the Grafton Street store. Sorted my dying Samsung and got everything transferred seamlessly to a new phone in jig time - whatsapp, email, banking, pbotos and all Apps. Dropped my Samsung Buds 4 Pro into…
Dropped my Samsung Buds 4 Pro into Vodafone Grafton Street store on 26th May 2026. I was told they'd have to be sent off site for repair and would take a few days. That whole experience was 5 stars as it was walk in, very efficient, very friendly and helpful staff member. I have a tracking number for the repair which is being done with Fonfix. I checked the status of the repair with Fonfix over the last few days. Today, 4th June, the status is that Fonfix have still not received the buds. Unfortunately you can't call Fonfix, so I've logged a request online for them to call me. That will take at least 3 days for them to get back to me. Between yesterday and today, I have called the Grafton Street Vodafone store over 20 times, with no answer and each time ringing out to voicemail. I tried to call Vodafone directly, but can't get past the first menu as I'm not a Vodafone customer and my number isn't recognized. So I've no idea where my buds are and I can't get in touch with Vodafone to find out. First world problem I'm aware, but very poor level of service after the buds were dropped off.
