Experience with Shane in Liffey Valley
I had a terrible experience across the phone previously with Vodafone Customer Care with an ongoing issue trying to switch over from Eir lasting 3 months. To be fair to Shane, he was able to help me with everything I needed and get me set up. While I would recommend that Vodafone seriously improve their service via customer care, I would still give Shane a 5 star review as he insisted on getting it sorted on the spot and succeeded in doing so. Thank you Shane.

Hello. Vodafone. I hardly write reviews as I don’t believe in them, however, mr Sean K, manager was commendable in sorting out Various IPhone models for me over the past couple of years as I have dealt with him in numerous outlets prior to his tenure in the Liffey valley branch, was in the area and got a pair of Apple earphones off him and had a great chat about Longford.
