Jamie looked after me, he was top class and solved all my business needs which were complex due to the nature of things. He was professional and dealt with all the querys exceptionally well, even managed to get me to sign up for a new phone in the process. My compliments to the management team there, they clearly have the staff well trained and competent in their jobs. Fair play

Absolutely Amazing staff who could not be more helpful.
Their guidance and expertise was something you cannot buy and Bobbi went above and beyond to help me get the phone to best suit my needs going forward. She made the daunting experience of getting a new phone (for somebody who is not vert tech savvy) very simple and talked me through the whole process. Also a go to popping on a screen protector!
Will 100% be going back to that store because of the quality of management and staff.

I had fantastic service from Joe in the Vodafone shop in O ' Connell St Limerick, he was so helpful setting up my new phone and his patience was incredible...nothing was too much for him as he answered all my questions. Great customer service and information gained
Went in store after finishing work at 17.20 to get my upgrade on my bill phone was met with a worker named Joe he was very easy to talk to. When I upgraded my bill plan he told me I could get add-ons and it would be basically saving me money off my phone got 2 chargers with heads and got 40 euro off my phone. I was told I can add my sister to my phone plan for only a extra 15 euro on my 65 euro plan upgrade. I was shocked to be honest it made me definitely want to come in store now instead of using online to buy in future and he was able to get this all done before closing at 6
