Purchased a kitchen rug over a year ago and extremely pleased with it. On New Years Eve I spilt fat on it when taking a very hot tin out of the oven. This burnt the rug. Fortunately I was able to get exactly the same rug at Vogue Rugs. The order tracking system did not help in any way so I phoned company and was told exactly where my rug was and when it would be delivered - very wet weather had caused delays. A better tracking and perhaps a delivery company that gives one a delivery time window would be appreciated.

We ordered two rugs. We were told that one of the rugs wasn't in stock, but would be in a couple of weeks if we wanted to wait. However, we were also offered the next size up at no extra cost, which we took. Delivery was very fast and the rugs are fantastic quality.

Bought two football rugs, Chelsea and Liverpool. Quality really great, much better than expected for the price paid. Shipped fast and for free. Couldn't ask for better.

Really good to be able to get a decent sized washable rug just a shame that one of the blues seems different to the photo but this often happens when buying online

I bought this rug online as I wanted something which contained pinks and purples for my daughter's room at University. When it arrived I we were defintely not disappointed. The colours were what attracted me to the rug initially as I specifically wanted pinks and purples. I was worried that what I might see on screen might look different in real life but I can honestly say the on screen colours were exactly what we received. Thank you Vogue rugs - I will definitely be shopping for rugs with you in the future.

Wrong rug was initially delivered on Friday. However i made a phone call and there was someone on the end of the phone that apologised and sorted it out straight away. He arranged to have the mat collected and new one delivered. All was sorted by the Wednesday.

very pleased with the ordering system and speed of delivery and price of goods, however the colour of rug received in no way matched the description on the site ( i do realise that it not that easy to reproduce colours exactly) therefore reluctantly had to return it. This is the second rug I have bought from Vogue Rugs and the qualityof the rugs remanis excellent, soft to on the foot. The sevice was also very good with prompt delivery.
