This was my first purchase from Vogue. I was pleased with how quickly the product was delivered and how well it was packaged.

The description of the product was accurate and it was good quality for the price.

Royal mail are a bit slow on the delivery otherwise brilliant, perhaps may be an idea looking into alternative delivery options

I ordered and paid for two rugs my delivery arrived but I only received one rug I then emailed and explained my situation they said they would forward me another one. My rug arrived today but it is completely different I am so unhappy with the service. So I now have wood flooring with two completely different rugs the delivery note is exactly the same I'm appalled wish I never ordered from them at all

With a reasonably large barn conversion having downstairs wood and stone floors, it has been necessary, due to owning a Labrador-retriever, to buy dirt trapper mats to scatter appropriately. This is the first time I have used Vogue Rugs and I am delighted with the results. It is quite possible that I may need further purchases, and I will not hesitate to use this company.

I received my rug almost 2 weeks after ordering it, where it should have taken only 2-3 working days. There were problems with dispatch, and Pete was very helpful and tried to sort this out. When I eventually received the rug after a 10 day wait, it turned out to be the wrong one so you can imagine how incensed I was. I reported this and Pete did his best again. I can't fault him at all. I eventually received the correct rug 2 days after reporting the problem, but noticed some pale blue stains around the border. I was contemplating a replacement, but to be honest, by that time I was just so fed up with all the to'ing and fro'ing I just gave up. I will try and remove the stains myself.

Searched via internet and Vogue offered the best size ( 1 + 1/2 paces), which combined with the Welcome door mat means that at 6'4'' I can enter the house with both feet (two paces) without treading in wet / dirty shoes.
It also means I can enter and turnaoriubd to close the front door without leaving the mats.
Great service - very prompt delivery after Bank-holiday week-end.

bought my kitchen rug online through Vogue Rugs - excellent and easy to use website - had the rug on my kitchen floor a few days later - looking very fresh and new!

ordered curly wurly rug from vogue rugs although was a little concerned that it looked a little dark online, but as I had looked at many rugs I was ready to give up as I couldn't see exactly what i wanted. My son talked me into ordering this rug and I'm so glad he did.Colour is exactly what I was looking for. Quality is good and delivery was prompt. Very satisfied customer.

No other supplier had this particular rug in stock. Vogue Rugs had only one left. It was despatched on Monday and I received it on the Wednesday morning - all the way from Northern Ireland to West Yorkshire! It looks lovely. I am very pleased with the service I received and the gentleman who took my order over the phone was very helpful.

The rug was ok. Thought it would have been thicker but even still still nice.
Looks good in the Livingroom.
The delivery was very speedy Ordered on the Thursday night came monday morning. They use DPD who actually have a tracking service so you can see where your driver is and how long he will be. fantastic and effiecient.

Will defo use thios service again.

Customer services was polite helpfula nd friendly too.
