We didnt get updates or response to our…

We didnt get updates or response to our emails and when chasing the out of hours team, the person didnt want to help, said we would get a response in 2 minutes but received nothing. Was told we would receive a call back when the porting team get in at 9am she didnt want to take a contact number or even a name, just wanted us off the call.

Always super helpful

We've been using Voiceflex for years and are constantly amazed at how good their service is. Challenging Number Port made easy

We recently had a very challenging number port which would of been even more challenging had it not been for the help and support ot the porting team in getting this over the line. All the porting team are great at offering support as always and in this particular case the endeavour and tenacity of Emma to get this one over the line was really appreciated. Thank you!

US Number Port

Sean has been assisting me with an international Port since June 2024 , and there has been many set backs and challenges regarding this number Port. Sean has been patient and his advice has been second to none in supporting us with progressing this port. Extremely speedy in coming to back to you once a request is submitted. Fantastic support and all the support tech's are knowledgeable. Highly recommend Voiceflex. Excellent CX

We had an issue with porting a range of numbers, Sean from the porting team went above and beyond to help us with this resulting in happy end users. Market leading supplier

I’m operations manager for a reseller of voiceflex and have so much positive to say. Their hosted system Flow is truly market leading, I’m an experienced engineer of hosted systems like Gamma’s Horizon as well as having experience with Mitel, Samsung, Panasonic, Avaya, 3CX, WildX and 8x8.
Flow is truly market leading compared to all of them.
Their whole team has been so supportive with training, support, helping complete sales and develop better products. They’re one of the best suppliers I’ve worked with in 15 years of Telecoms and connectivity experience.
John Walford deserves special mention for his training and support to our company, not to downplay the significant input of others there too.
Truly recommended.
