Outstanding Customer Service and Installation Quality
I had my OHME EV charger installed yesterday by a company called Voltari, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. From the very first call, Amina was professional, friendly, and efficient. She quickly directed me to the right person to book the installation, and I was genuinely impressed that everything—from booking to the actual installation—was completed within just 48 hours.
Hanif, the installer, was excellent. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. He also made sure I had the chance to ask any questions or raise any concerns.
His professionalism stood out, and the quality of his work was outstanding—neat, efficient, and done with great attention to detail. Hanif’s experience and respectful attitude are a real asset to Voltari. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to install an EV charger.

The engineer arrived nice and early
The engineer arrived nice and early, the installation was to a good standard, cables neatly installed and equipment well fixed, the engineer was also very polite, pro-active & the charger system operation well explained on completion of installation. The pre- communication from Voltari was also good as the call in advance of the engineer visit helped to iron out any concerns i had regarding the installation. Finally on completion the testing documentation was issued in a timely manner which is always good. I would recommend Voltari to others.

Great EV charger fitting experience
The booking process was easy. On the fitting day the engineer, Chris, arrived on time and was very helpful. He discussed the fitting options clearly before progressing and once fitted explained the use of App/charger. I would strongly recommend using Voltari based on my experience.

Excellent service
Our EV charger install was anything but standard. A long run, and awkward siting of the charger meant Voltari had their work cut out for them. They approached the job with professionalism and are obviously at the top of their game.
I would highly recommend Voltari and, if the need is there in the future, I will not hesitate to contact them again.

Just had my Zaptec Home EV Charger…
Just had my Zaptec Home EV Charger fitted and received excellent service, the quote was competitive and they were very easy to deal with.
Unfortunately there was an unavoidable Van issue on the day that delayed my installation but I’m a big believer in when things go wrong it’s the sign of a good company in how they go about sorting the issue and Voltari kept me informed and rearranged it very quickly so I’m more than happy.
Big well done to Hanif who did the actual installation he was very neat and polite and has done a great job even coming back to do the commissioning at a time better for me !
