Charger installation
The electrician (Darren) was professional. He went through every step with me, giving me options and made sure I had my charger fixed where I wanted it and where would have been easier for him. He went through the initial testing to make sure it was properly functioning. He also cleaned up afterwords.

Good installer. Explained fully why I shouldn’t have a tethered unit at my house. Clean installation. Good explanation of how it works. Happy customer only Down side was waiting a month for the install.

The installation was very good
The installation was very good, the engineer arrived on time and completed the work as expected.
The only improvement I can suggest is in the initial site survey. You should give a list (with photo examples) at the start of the survey. This would have made this a much faster task.

The day started wet and miserable
The day started wet and miserable. The first good thing was that the installer phoned to say that he was sorry but was running late. After that things ran smoothly and apart from the noise when drilling through the walls we really didn’t notice he was there.
A couple of hours later it was done and apart from the damp brick dust you wouldn’t know he’d been. Job well done.
