Easy human contact

Very usefull
Very usefull, Agathe really helped to solve my issues. Despite the program slot prebooking and two deposit payments, the association rejected my reservation. Thanks to Agathe, i have been refund for one, and i get the second transfered to another program in very short delay. In conclusion, do not hesitate to ask for help.

I have been trying quite a while to find a project that fits to my personal skills and needs but I got lost in the jungle of the internet.

I booked through Volunteer World to go…
I booked through Volunteer World to go to the Tenerife Animal Sanctuary. From the deposit invoice I thought they were taking 5%. In effect, I found out then I got to the sanctuary that they were taking 25% (more than booking.com!!!!!)
Absolutely shameful and by complaints to them about this not being clear on their website have been stonewalled.
