I’ve been drinking volvic water for well over 15 years now as it’s the only water I can drink to keep me hydrated. I find it refreshing. I find it hard to get as I live rurally and end up having to bulk buy on line. Lately all the bottles I have got DO NOT come with the attached lid and do not have the same taste. I did not like this to begin with, but got used to it. I am worried that someone is filling bottles with tap water, or is selling off old stock and selling at a premium.

Not even kidding it’s my miracle water
On a bike run absolutely dying because I forgot my water so I got this water because I’m just trying to be hydrated as possible. It was amazing I felt so much better than getting pop. Got some more over last couple days and genuinely feel so much more refreshed than whatever else I’ve been having from the tap.

Switched to Volvic from Evian a few years back when I read the latter's calcium content. Have to say. I love this water. It's crisp fresh tasting and out of the fridge is so refreshing. Can not speak highly enough of this water 🙂

I love this water and it is the only one I drink . I moved to this house 11 yrs ago and the water is foul . I’ve had it tested and told that although it is cloudy , it settles after a while and becomes clearer ??? Buy yes , the guy said , it doesn’t have a pleasant taste . So I started buying Volvic water and it’s soo good . I drink at least one bottle a day . It’s very good for your skin and my eyes are brighter when I drink it . I’m happy to recommend this mineral water.

Anyway, best water I've had. All other water is vile compared and I always buy it in shops if I'm looking for a drink. Sizes and shapes are perfect and although I don't like sparkling, it could possibly boost your product with the static drinkers (blue lid ofc)

More thirsty after drinking than before!
Bought a 4-pack cans Touch of Fruit Lemon and Lime. Packaging suggests just water and juice. Alas, upon tasting and then checking the ingredients, it has other things added including artificial sweeteners. The sweeteners leave an awful, dry taste in the mouth and I soon felt thirstier after drinking than I did before.
I tried to contact Volvic directly but their flawed online portal form would not accept my perfectly valid postcode do the form could not be posted.
Overall, unimpressive and disappointing.
UPDATE 24/12/24. I responded to their request for my details but, as usual, have since heard NOTHING. It seems to be a common response now: ask for details so that the reviewer can be contacted followed by zero contact. In a way, Trustpilot itself is being hoodwinked with this and they need to put a stop to it.

New caps are no problem.
I know a lot of people complain and don't like the new caps as they find that they leak, but I have experienced no problem with them. The water tastes great and the bottles are recyclable. We must also understand that the new caps are EU regulation.

As you explained there is a new EU regulation from July 2024 requiring caps to remain attached to bottles. Although the UK has not adopted this regulation, we have decided to roll out tethered caps because we believe it’s the right thing to do to improve cap recycling rates.
Having the cap attached to the bottle helps ensure that the cap stays attached for recycling, which can increase the number of bottled drink caps which will be recycled. Removing the caps can cause them to be improperly sorted in the recycling process. Because of their small size, individual caps can even get lost in nature, so they end up as litter and are no longer kept in the recycling loop.
We have been working for more than 2 years to develop our attached caps, running consumer tests to measure convenience and ease of handling. We hope that the new cap attached to the bottle will make it more convenient to drink from. You can click it back to drink, leaving it attached so that you don’t have to hold it in your hand, and don’t risk dropping or losing it.

New caps to rip into your lips
Great looking new 1.5L bottles, I buy a lot of the Apple & Blackcurrant. Shame the new caps leave jagged edges to cut your lips on. Doesnt seem to have any warning on the bottle either, leaving them open to multiple claims. The designer needs to find another job.

New sports cap failed design
This is a ONE star review, the resin I click 5 star is because of I don’t wanna ruin someone’s business by doing so!
Volvic management if you read this message please kindly take the below notes into account.
1.If you have a team of designers it’s the right time to sack them and hire new team
2. If you have a head of department who authorised this new cap it’s time to sack him or advice voluntary retirement
3. If there are board of directors it’s time for them to retire or sell the company to someone who can run it with knowledge
4. If there are shareholders it’s time
You sell the shares
As volvic sales will drop down to the bottom only because of such stupid silly mistake they made, by stopping the sports cap and bringing a poor design cap. Shocking to see volvic went backwards.

Please change back to the old cap!
I've been enjoying Volvic water for two years, but the new cap design is incredibly frustrating. It's difficult to open, and having the cap attached to the bottle makes drinking unpleasant. Even worse, it's hard to close properly, leading to spillage in my handbag, ruining paper documents and electronic devices.
If Volvic doesn't revert to the old design, I'll switch to another brand to avoid these awful experiences.
