Fester Ansprechpartner statt automatischer Systeme
Many tenants do not speak or understand German well. An option to switch the system to English would greatly help in accessing important information and forms, and make the service more inclusive.

It was confusing when I received notification that I had to upload documents that I did already.
Also, it was frustrating, after sending the documents, that I couldn't do anything else in the app. It would be better when I can see the list of documents I've sent and the status of the review, more than just a message that says to drink coffee and wait.
