I liked the app process was really easy…
I liked the app process was really easy to follow and the manager responsible for my apartment was so easy to reach out. The only thing I had difficulty with was the restricted flexibility to accept other type of documents proofing salary income and rent payment.

I had a pleasant experience with vonovoia got my apartment from them, they are very helpful however communication can be a bit slow and tedious at times but nonetheless when you are able to talk to a person or the agent they try there best to solve your problems very quickly. They were all very nice in accommodating my requests and did a fantastic job
