Extremely poor service, waited nearly three weeks for item to be shipped.
Very disinterested customer service, not answering phone calls, empty promises and generally just poor customer experience.
If you say you are going to do something, you do it, I should not be fobbed off and misinformed.
I should not have to keep contacting a vendor enquiring about my sale items, and prompt them to post my item that is part of their role as a vendor and they should contact me as a customer.
I will not be buying from them again, there are other suppliers in the UK who offer the same products with better postage and service.

I ordered a ruffwear harness from Vonwolf K9. After a few minutes of placing the order I realised I selected to wrong size! I rang the company and spoke to a lovely lady who changed the size of my order and then followed up the phone call with confirmation of the change. Will order from them again when I need a harness for my puppy! Highly recommend!

Brilliant company to deal with. Rang them and spoke to a very helpful gentleman about a lead I wanted to purchase. I ordered at 11.00am on 28/02/21 and received the next day at 8.55am. The lead is a double ended leather rubberised grip lead. The highest quality and superbly made. A very impressive price as I have paid over £50.00 for a similar item in the past. I will save this website and will use again and recommend them.

I decided to purchase two dog ear defenders as my dog was between sizes. I was advised to go for the larger( correct advice) but wanted to try both before deciding. Was told I could just return the one I didnt want with a short note.
The whole process worked seamlessly easy to ring and talk to a person, items arrived promptly when I returned the item was refunded within 24 hours.
Just need fireworks to check how well the ear defenders work but product is well made and if they don't work then I don't think anything will. 5*

I was looking for a quality collar, leash and training lead for our new GSD, and I found that they provided an Enduro BioThane alternative to my current leather collar and leash. Having never had experience of this style before I was unsure of the quality to expect, but I placed the order for a collar, double training lead and 5m tracking line.

The parcel arrived promptly within 48hrs and well packaged. All the items are of exceptional quality, feels and looks like leather but better, I am extremely impressed with this equipment. All stitching and clasp components and the attention to detail / workmanship is of a very high quality. In fact I will be ordering another complete set to replace my current old leather labrador collar and lead.
