This place is by far a very responsive company I had trouble with the progressive leasing to do installment payments and the this guy ronnel is very nice 👍 he spoke to me through the whole process they basically treat you like family there but I will definitely 😁 get that red emove pro runner scooter soon been wanting one for my short body to ride to ride for work and dash with on the side

My experience with VoroMotors in 2025 was extremely frustrating.
I purchased an EMOVE RoadRunner V3 scooter that arrived defective. The battery would not properly fit or lock, the rear fender rubbed the tire, the display readings were inconsistent, and within a few days the scooter displayed an E003 motor error and stopped running entirely.
Rather than accepting a straightforward return for a defective product, support repeatedly tried to push repairs and replacement parts. I was even encouraged to install parts myself.

During one exchange, a VoroMotors representative described the return of the defective scooter as a “courtesy gesture from one person to another” and implied that requesting a refund could be seen as “entitlement.”

After weeks of communication I formally requested a refund. The scooter was eventually retrieved by the company, but the refund still was not issued.

I ultimately had to escalate the matter through Affirm, the financing company. After reviewing the evidence, Affirm ruled in my favor and closed the loan balance.
The entire process took nearly two months to resolve.

I hope this review helps future buyers understand my experience.

I have been working with Voromotors staff to purchase a hyper scooter in the range of $3,000 to $5,900 and have select several possibilities. Every time I tried to get a discount I was told "Not possible" and that that was the price. Well, during my several weeks trying to secure a deal with Voromotors, I found another US-based dealer willing to work with me on price. They even threw in 2 extras. The price difference was huge (>$700.00). They had free shipping, and shipped out the same day. Another nice thing this other US-based dealer did not charge tax which Voromotors does. So not only did they lose my initial purchase they lost the opportunity for selling accessories. Why? Because Voromotors did not want to drop their price to make a deal or at least match another competitor's offer. Please, if you want to save money and get the same scooter with great service keep looking and do not stop here. Too bad Voromotors were not more consumer friendly.

These guys are over the top. I have been visiting their site for a long time, about 3-4 years. I ended up not buying a INOKIM Quick 4 from them but from another place. Well built scooter and quality build. The stem snapped, not due to INOKIM and that was my first scooter. I got a lot of use and practice, 2K miles. Moving up, I connected with Kia through the chat on Sunday morning, he helped me make the decision on the Cruiser 2 60V Chameleon white. We went over several scooters and the advantages and disadvantages' until I came to the decision. So far, so good. Let's see how quick shipping is and if all of the screws are tight next.

Ronnel is amazing. It seems like I get him almost every time I use the website's live chat, and he gets my questions answered every time -- plus offers alternatives I didn't think of that make servicing my scooter far easier than I was ever prepared for. I legitimately wish my interactions with every company could be like this: talking one on one with an actual person rather than a Brand Representative that's just reading from a script. Vel was really helpful in getting me connected to a scooter service center here in Hawaii since their shop was closed in Hawaii. I was very happy with his help and diligence

someone tried to steal my roadrunner V3 and snipped a bunch of wires and cut into my handle bars. Ronnel was extremely helpful and thorough asking for photos to ensure we had all the new parts I needed covered. he even advised me on swapping part of my old V1 handle bars out to replace on my V3. thanks Ronnel! couldn't have been more help.

Have dealt with many people via chat to try and get the reflash kit without success as I brought it new from a reseller in Australia without the correct paperwork, today Ronnel was able to help me and he was absolute superstar to deal with, thanks Ronnel
