Crappy camera. Do not Buy!!!

This is the worst experience I have had with a product like this. I have had several of these cameras and they all failed after a little more than a year. Their customer support it even worse. They basically just waste your time. They also do not have any repair facility, so you just have to throw the camera aways, Terrible product!!

V150 - heat related sd card issues?

We got V150 and not bad setup and worked well... until it didn't. Communications stopped. Support had us go thru and get a new sd card, reformat... worked a little then the same issue. Support sent replacement camera and it worked good... until it didn't. turn on/off many times. support says to reformat sd card but then it is working again. Issue may be heat related with heat affecting the sd card??

We purchased a camera and it just…

We purchased a camera and it just didn’t work for us. It was returned promptly with a return label Vosker suppled. We are going on a year of awful customer service merry go round and just can’t seem to get our money refunded . How hard could it be to reimburse a PayPal order. I’ve spent so many calls and hours and the latest was “ we will send a check out”. I will get on every media outlet I can to describe basically theft on behalf of Vosker

Please do not purchase this!!

Please do not purchase this!!! I bought the V300 and this camera takes pictures instead of live footage. I called three different times for a return label and they kept giving me the run around. They do not want to refund my money!

Worst customer service

Worst customer service! The battery does not last long. I purchased the additional solar panel but does not work. Tried calling. Call time was over one hour. Let call back number. They called back, let it ring one time and hung up. I called again. Wait time was 58 minutes. Let my number they never called back.

Worst customer service and bad cameras!

Worst customer service and bad cameras!
As a retailer we tried to become a reseller. Nobody replied my request so I bought a camera and tested it myself. Turned out that Felix from sales promised me a lot of things but never actually did something. He doesnt even respond to my calls and emails.
The camera worked for about 30 mins in total.

Buggy product, worst Customer Service Experience

I have four of these $350 cameras + $200/mo for cellular activation. Each with V_LIT_B batteries. None of these 4 cameras operate the same or consistently. Issues include transmitting pictures, dead batteries, and firmware update glitches. No less than 5 attempts to get any resolution from support via chat and email. Support had me replace the V_LIT_B battery with 8 AA batteries. Why did I buy a solar-powered camera? The mobile app settings and status is not consistent with the webapp settings and status. I do not recommend these cameras.

2 out of 4 Cameras do not work, no support.

We purchased 4 cameras from Vosker 2 of which were faulty out of the box and their support was horrendus. We purchased 4 brand new Vosker V200 cameras in April of 2022 it took some time for us to implement these cameras and after some struggles to register the products online as most of the labels were missing I began to test the cameras.
Initially none of the cameras would work but after some terrible support we managed to get 2 cameras working. One of the cameras died completely while Vosker sent me some update files to try and fix the camera while the other camera still refused to take any pictures. Following this Vosker ensured me they would replace both faulty cameras and thus began the RMA process, this was in the beginning May 2022.
By the end of June we still had no resolution or replacement update, so I began to contact Vosker everyday to their support just ending chats and ignoring my case.
I have had some bad customer support experiences before but this was a whole other level, it took nearly 2 weeks to recieve a reply via email so eventually I recieve an email that they have discontinued the V200 and they are no longer going to RMA these very expensive cameras and that we should contact a supplier in Ireland of these cameras which we have and are rather unwillingly taking the cameras for repair.
As I said this has single handedly been the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of whitnessing and I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid these at all costs.
