Top Service
I took my Mazda CX-5 in for a 3rd service. In booking my car in I enquired about how long it would take as I live 30 minutes away from Matford Park and hence I have to hang about. I was informed 2 hours. To fill the time I caught a bus into Exeter. 90 minutes later Jason called to say the aservice had been completed. He also explained that my wheels needed alignment and that they could do it which would add an hour to which I agreed.
In my book that is good service- target time. Completed within that time and good communication. Top marks

My van went in for its first service you didn’t check the oil or change it 2 weeks later my oil warning light comes on telling me my oil is low, poor service, but to vospers credit the called me and sent out the mobile service guy who fill me van up with oil
