Contacted Voucherbox twice to ask for help with an issue when trying to process one of their voucher ‘offers’ no response or acknowledgment at all !!! Terrible customer service……

I've emailed and messaged about missing cashback of £10 from August 2019 and noone has been in touch have tried chasing this several times with no reply

Money in my paypal account within 3 days. Very simple to use. Very pleased!

Placed an order with M&M Direct on 12/07/2019
to date still no cashback. sent several emails.
don't bother with this company!

Followed the process but then weeks later got an email to say they weren't going to pay me!
What a waste of time and complete con, probably just getting my details. Not Happy!!!!

Did all the process correctly and then received an email to said it was completed and did not receive payment.

No cashback received, despite sending copy of the invoice etc... Several emails sent to rewards(at)voucherbox.co.uk, not even a single reply despite receiving auto acknowledgement emails. Facebook message sent, again no reply, was at least 3 weeks after my initial purchase. Complete and utter waste of time.

After sending several emails, cashback was eventually received - just a shame there was such little communication from them.

waste of time, Order'd over £100 through M&M direct, when uploading the backup information requested I was told that the cashback had already been claimed, which obviously is not true. Looks like a scam to collect personal information. DO NOT GO NEAR

Do not use this company, I placed an Order with Debenhams for £114 and I was to receive £10 paid into my Paypal account. They said my order did not exist. I have an email from Debenhams confirming my order, but their email has a no reply mailbox.

I used Voucherbox to make a purchase via their link for a £10 cashback. Two days later I receive an email stating that the cashback cannot be be authorised as they cannot 'prove' the purchase was made even though proof was provided after my transaction. Absolutely pathetic and a total waste of time. I would say I am shocked, but having read other reviews I am not surprised at all how poor this company is. They trick you into signing up then make excuses. Avoid this company to save yourself the disappointment!

I used voucherbox for the first time and had no problems at all, £10 put back into my PayPal within 2 days! It’s brilliant and I will be using it again, thank you voucherbox!!

The offer was to spend £50 at M&S, spent £50 and uploaded receipt. A week later it was declined as I hadn't spent £60. Yeah think they just make it up as they go along.
Won't be wasting my time again. Vouchercodes are a lot more efficient.

Purchased an item from Very and clicked on the link that Voucherbox provided in order to claim discount. Received an email to confirm not eligible as not purchased through voucherbox. Instructions followed so this is a total SCAM. AVOID!!!!!

Don’t understand I uploaded my receipt which was £55 and they said no as it was under £50 that’s twice it’s happen as I bought a tv from very for 549 and they said no before it as it’s very frustrating and a waste of time

Noticed some teething problems trying to claim cashback but this was all sorted by the after sales team. Can confirm this is a legitimate site for claiming cashback and I'll use them again next time I see a decent deal pop up!

I made a perfectly legitimate Debenhams purchase, sent in the the
receipt and was refused after 3 days!

You've sent through the terms and conditions, but you should just honour the offer you make!!

Brilliant. Thank you Voucher Box. I don't know what other peoples problems are in not receiving money back. But I placed an order with
very just under two days ago, and this morning had an email from Paypal
to say that Voucher Box had paid in £15.00 to my account.

This was a breeze to apply for, confirmation sent that they had received my request. I wasn't expecting to receive the money so quickly.

Don’t wast your time on this website they just want your info and don’t give you back nothing, made a purchase and followed all the steps only to get an email saying the order couldn’t be tracked which an utter lie as I followed all they asked for
