Extremely quick payout. I've just received my Debenhams gift card reward after only 2-3 days of waiting. I would highly recommend to others wondering if it's as fast as they say on their site!!
AVOID Complete liars.
Promise huge discounts then give you nothing falsely blaming you for not correctly navigating to the shopping site.
I found this company via a quick google search (I wish I hadn't botheted). After reading the reviews.
I followed a link via the website and made a purchase. They then sent an email asking for me to forward details of the order and I did. I sent a screenshot with all details on. Name, address, email address, company logo, time of order, order number and the total amount spent.
And still this wasn't enough info.
This company don't and won't tell you that they themselves complete the order so they can get paid for you using the link via there website.
Votcherbox is a complete con and should be avoided.

Complete Con - Provided all the info they needed and claim rejected, just like others on here - should have read these reviews first before wasting my time.

Wow this is awesome! I spent a very naughty £80 on a handbag from tx max and saw this option for cashback as I was looking for a voucher code. I was very sceptical but they didn't want any bank details or anything so I went ahead. I screen shot my order checking it had everything they asked for in the email they sent, uploaded it (really easy) two days later they have just sent £5 to my paypal! I haven't even got the bag yet 😂. This is great so quick and simple to do I will definately be using voucherbox again! 😁👍

Don't bother you don't get anything doesn't give you instructions so spend time uploading and then get nothing

Reply from Voucherbox
I activated one of their offer - Halford £10 cash back
I followed the instruction and I have done the purchase online.
After completing the upload and the claim I got reject.
At first the claim has been rejected because the purchase was done at the retailer. I explained that the price I have got was available online only.
Than I received a follow up email saying that the purchase was not recorded in their system, so sorry claim is still rejected.
Don't waste your time!

Thank you Voucherbox... it does work.! .. just a note for others - it's tricky to upload info when you are only working mobile, but with a laptop it's easy to provide the required info..

I got a well good deal from JD Sports. I couldn't find any vouchers online and I got £10 when I spent £100 on my new air Max 95's.

Didn't get cashback - waste of time and sorry I've given them any of my information! Strongly suggest you avoid as few people seem to actually get anything which seems suspicious to me!

I have used the cash back offers a few times and never got one rejected, you must be doing something wrong guys. The great advantage is that voucherbox doesnt take weeks or even months to pay it, like some other cash back sites do. Got my cash back within one to three days each time.
Why does your company run cashback promotions and ask people to send screenshots of their order invoices or order emails and when you do this you then reject the cashback anyway?
You've done this to me 3 times now.
I have had this experience with House of Fraser promotions and French Connection promotions. Do you falsely do this to drive up a company's business? When I ask you these questions directly your customer services department just doesn't reply. Is this how you run your business? Does French Connection know you are getting cash for promotions but not passing this on to their customers?
Sorry for all the questions but your customer services department NEVER replies to emails.
Will you reply to this?

I run an ecommerce store who has vouchers featured on voucherbox. We removed voucherbox from our affiliate programme as they were constantly putting invalid codes and codes we clearly instructed them not to put online. If you run an affiliate programme for your site I would not recommend allowing Voucherbox as an affiliate, you only get sales you would have got anyway but have to pay them a commission even when they push expired codes, on top of this you get complaints from customers who try to use the out of date codes which Voucherbox claim to have tested. Once we removed them they rejoined through a sub network and even had a cahsback scheme which was in no way endorsed by us.
If you are a shopper I wouldn't trust the codes on here, and certainly wouldn't trust any scammy cashback scheme they claim to have with retailers.
- UPDATE in response to your reply:
Not sure why you are ‘perplexed’ I removed voucherbox from the programme because you were constantly putting codes which we had specifically asked not to be used. I contacted you last year in March, May, September and November to have codes removed. Once I removed voucherbox from the programme (hence no commission) you re-joined through a sub network and set up the cashback scheme. I’ve since been in contact to have voucher codes removed which weren’t valid to no avail. I asked for you to stop using our logo as I appreciate there is nothing I can do to stop you from listing us, again to no avail. That’s why I put it on a public forum so you would actually do something about it.
I don’t particularly appreciate the tone you take in your response when you say you are perplexed I am only posting the review now, and when you say “next time have an issue with a company before taking it on a public forum” It’s a review of your service and everything in it is factually correct.

SCAM. Avoid. Followed the link, Terms & Conditions to the letter. Clicked the link they emailed, uploaded my receipt. Declined! Suppose I'll get lots of spam emails now. Great. Fuming because I could have gone through another website I regularly use which although it was offering less, would have at least tracked & paid my cashback.
Edit: Company reply and ask me not to waste my 'valuable' time - very patronising. I wouldn't have to if your website worked correctly and it was easy to contact someone about why the cashback was declined. The email sent had no such information on how to get in touch. FYI I did follow all T&Cs and met them, no browser windows were closed between the transactions. The reply reaffirms that I will not be using them again. Quidco much better and legitimate.

They won’t let me put less than 1* otherwise I would 0 for this company. They entice you buy product through the link , promise you cash back and then send raise the minimum buy to much higher then your purchase. Disgusting people, please avoid them

Reply from Voucherbox
Beware of this company. They entice you into purchasing products by offering cashback. But after you have purchased and try to claim, only then do they tell you about a minimum spend which is high!!
AVOID

Have used this site a couple of times when I've been shopping online and have always saved money. I've found that they have the best codes whenever I have been looking and it's not flooded with a useless promotions trying to get my email address out of me. Just the best discount codes which is what I want!
