Truly the best experience I had so far. I dropped another service provider and the same day, Vox was like angels on the side of the road and help get us connected within a few days! Their handovers be... See more

Terrible service, waited 3 weeks to get my router, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Quick and easy to sign up. Once you have signed up it's almost impossible to let go.
Signing up is very quick and easy. Once you cancel, you as the customer need to continuously follow up ensuring that your emails have been received. You will receive an automated email about collecting the router which the time or date cannot be changed. When you eventually move on, 6 months later, they issue suspension letters requesting router returns or pay R2000. Service is great until you wish to cancel- then the nightmare begins.
Great experience. The sales consultant named Jeff was very helpful and professional with the fibre installation.
I have never experienced any challenges with the network it is always on point.
The worst telecommunications company in South Africa and I would absolutely recommend them to NO ONE. I paid my account in full with Vox after cancelation, then got sent an email for a suggested date to pick up their router. I responded stating that I would not be home this day as I was attending a wedding on said date. I received NO RESPONSE or further instructions from them until earlier THIS YEAR in which I received an email stating that a an attempt was made to recover the equipment on the same date, 30 Aug 2024, and no further vans will be dispatched and that is it now my responsibility to get the equipment to them. Fast forward, I get an email saying my information will now be handed over to the credit bureau as I refuse to make the recovery of the equipment my responsibility due to lack of communication. I am in the process of lodging a formal complaint against them with ICASA as I will not go down without a fight and will not pay a single cent to Vox!
Great service from Neil lantoor thanks so much
They used to be good, now they offer zero support. Tickets lay open for hours, sometimes days.
When you call to follow up, (since they dont answer emails) the support staff have no experience, then tell you to hold and merely put the phone down on you.
Totally outrageous accounting practice. An invoice gets issued on 1.3.25 sent on the Saturday 5.3.25 and we get a SMS on Monday Moring @ 7am stating our services will be disconnected due to non payment. This is the 5th time this has happened and nothing we do makes any difference. They dont care about their clients at all
If you can avoid this company. They are so incompetent. I have been without wifi for 5 days now. Their “I don’t care” attitude is shocking. I wish I had trusted my instincts and went with another service provide. Your service is pathetic . Acc 9439434
An absolute disgrace. This company has caused me to lose up to 3 days worth of work due to their incompetence.
Email after email has gone unanswered.
I would like to thank Wilber Fredericks for his excellent job helping me with my fibre wifi
Best service from Ryan of Vox Durban
Excellent choice of service provider whilst lodging all concerns with Ryan and he personally facilitated all queries
Excellent network no complaints whatsoever
Talk to the best in the business
I would give 0 starts as they do not deserve the 1. They broke the agreement from day 1. I took out a 50 meg line but was at best able to get 5meg. Logged 7 calls in 3 weeks. They either dropped the calls, never got back to me or respond to emails. After 3 weeks of battling with them for a solution I cancelled the service. Then they wanted to send someone out to test the speeds. I provided them with speed test. They claim due to the fact I don't have a network cable to do a LAN speed test I have to pay for 2 additional months even though I was unable to use their services for the month I did pay. I will never pay them. They even blaim MTN. Stat way from VOX. They are useless and unhelpful with most undedicated staff .
They broke contract from day 1, was unable to sort the issue, have people named Claude working for them that is 0 help .
They will never see a cent more from me and I will take this to the highest court to ensure no one else have to go through the mental pain and suffering that VoX provide instead of customer service and problem solving
Update. The ombudsman failed to resolve the matter and Vox is under the impression I will pay them as they claim I never gave them change to fix it. They had a month. A month with various complaints lodged did nothing about it until I cancelled and then try to do something. They can dream on if they think they will see a sent from me. I'm taking this further out of principal.
You would have more lucky with a blind carrier pigeon providing you with internet than Vox and Frogfoot. They are incompetent with simple tasks, their departments do not communicate with eachother so no one knows what's going on, they just pass you along to the next person. Their WhatsApp help line is useless, waiting more than 45 minutes for each response, if you get one at all. You would have better luck asking Eskom to restore your power during loadshedding than Vox fixing your query.
Since november we have no internet. we have to pay each months, i am sending messages out after the other one. then a technical booked a appoinment and our host for this penthouse was waiting for hours and noone showed up. they calling him asking him each months the ame stupid question, this service is the worst so do not get internet at home with the provider. there are other one 10 times better. this here goes no to our lawyers as there are not feering service what we are paying for. 14Hallroad Sausalito sea point
I don't even know what to say. 3 business days has passed since I have purchased a web hosting service and I am still waiting for it. Past service providers had these services to me within hours of ordering it. If this is a sign of what is to come with Vox then I may just have to move providers.
I want to thank Wilber Fredericks he is very helpful in resolving my internet connection issues quickly and clearly explained the solution. Thank you for providing such great customer service
Jacques schepers... Has been the best help for me really enjoyed his help
I would like to recommend the Vox team. They are very friendly staff and always willing to assist on all matters.

I want to thank you again for your kind heart consultant Abygail Ruiters.
