I was looking to have some CD's printed for music I had released and Vponline were excellent in making this happen. Communication was great and the process simple. The turnaround was also much faster than I expected and artwork looked great and music sounded really crisp too on the high quality CD's. Would def. use again!

Excellent service, excellent print quality. I have used VPonline several times for printing CDs and card wallets and have always been extremely happy with both the product and the service. The website is great and it is really easy to get a quick quote, which is always very reasonable. I can't recommend this service enough.

The company never sent any evidence of dispatch or a tracking number for delivery to my address and were unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue.

I received my CDs with a number of CDs loose and not in jewel cases...when I enquired I was told they were free, extras from the company,,,,then my customers complained the cases had no CDs in them...I enquired of VPONLINE and instead of asking for them to be returned and correcting the obvious error I was then told to hold them up to the sun to see if they were empty or not , find the empty ones and put the CDs into them,,,,...that didn't work so I was then told to weigh all of the CDs to find the light ones and place the loose ones inside them...these of course were the loose ones VPONLINE had originally put in the box as free ones......then I received complaints that some CDs did not play on some hifis….I enquired of VPONLINE and was told it was a fault with the Master from the Studio...I asked for specifics and was then told it wasn't a problem with the Master but it then I felt it seemed to be my fault as I was told it had never happened before and no one had ever complained before....I was offered another batch but I didn't require a surfeit of extra CDs and my trust was wearing thin....I asked about a refund and was ignored...I asked again and was told I would have to return all the CDs unused in the original wrapping for a refund....which was clearly impossible as I had already sent them out and received complaints...I was offered £60 if I did this......I asked what I was expected to write as a review as I felt in my opinion their was a sad lack of customer care or acceptance of responsibility on VPONLINE'S behalf.....I then received an email which... in my opinion... I would best describe as a rant..….after giving them all my business with previous CDs and 5 star ratingsI don't think I will be using VPONLINE in the future.....what a way to treat a loyal customer....

UPDATE:- 26th Oct...I received a letter stating
"You have 5 working days from the date on this letter to change this review so it's accurate or we will issue civil proceedings against you without further notice for damage and a claim will also be made for our legal and court costs against Mr Cleary."

Spectacular service from VPOnline. Contacted 2 weeks in advance to secure a quick turnaround on an order. Very tight deadline. Did not disappoint. Received excellent comms throughout the whole process. Repeat customer. I really wouldn't use anyone else for disk printing. The thermal printing is beautiful!

I've just received my limited run of CDs and packaging and I'm amazed by the excellent service, quality and turn around times. I'll be using them again. Highly recommended!

My son recorded an EP and I realised there was only a week left til his 14th birthday and I really wanted to surprise him with the CDs. I asked VP Online if they could rush it through and they said they would try! It arrived just in the nick of time and my son’s face when he opened the CDs was a picture!
