Ships fast and always good quality work on the welds and overall product

Love the products. Not very mechanically inclined but the easy to follow guides made my installs a breeze and the products themselves have excellent fitment. Along with exceeding my expectations in the performance/sounds/durability of my car.

The VRSF team have ignored numerous of my emails regarding a refund, they advised that this would be processed within 48 hours of requesting. It has now been 2 weeks since the request and I still have not received my refund. This is beyond a joke!

First I would like to say the part that I received was a quality part and I was happy with it. It took almost exactly a week to come by FedEx which is fine and understandable because I ordered it on a holiday weekend on discount. I will mention though that I emailed and didn’t get a response to my email but a couple days later sent a direct message through the website that I did get a response to. I asked if I would be receiving the C clip, the first response was misleading but after I asked for clarification found that I had only paid for the charge pipe and no C clip or gasket would be included. I ordered an aftermarket C clip and gasket through Amazon because of timeliness and low price, but the C clip did not fit on the oversized mouth of the VRSF charge pipe as it was meant for OEM. Luckily my mechanic had a work around but I would say that VRSF should acknowledge this and do one of two things; 1. Let customers know when purchasing this charge pipe that they need the specific C clip to fit the oversized mouth of the charge pipe or 2. Include a C clip and charge a little more. Other then that I am happy with my purchase

We ordered a DCI kit for my son's 2008 BMW 335i convertible. The cones look and feel great, and the installation was pretty simple as we followed along with a VRSF specific video we found on YouTube. It took us 30 minutes, and we are not weekend wrench turners or track rats. We do basic maintenance and mods, not much else. All in all, a fun and quick project. The product seems excellent but I'm giving them 4 stars because of communications. I placed my order which was immediately accepted/confirmed, but they did not give an ETA on fabrication or shipping. Three weeks later I got a shipping notification. A simple, "lead time is x-y weeks" would have stopped me from wondering what was going on.

Don’t waste your time or money with VRSF. I used to really want to have their products but they will not offer one ounce of help and will stop communicating even if you receive a defective product. I bought 2 chargepipes (I own 2 N54’s), a 7.5” front mount intercooler, downpipes, and full street exhaust with the 3.5 tubing straight back to the muffler. I had a shop install the downpipes and exhaust. The exhaust driver exhaust tip was centered and the passenger one was angle up and touching my bumper. I thought that maybe the installer didn’t clamp the tips on correctly. I took it back and they tried to straighten. I tried myself as well. The fitment is so tight that there is no room for error or adjustment. I took the muffler off and it was clear that the pipe coming out from each side of the exhaust was not welded correctly from the manufacturer. Its a China rebadged exhaust basically. I showed them pics and video of how it was incorrectly welded and they told me that it was sitting this way due to not installing the differential mount. They did not include it so I could not install one. I asked for a new one and even offered to buy one just to take out the possibility of the installer losing it. No response. I ended up getting a VRSF differential mount from someone who had an extra one. This did not salve the problem, as I knew it wouldn’t. My car has ever been in an accident and the exhaust hangers were not bent and were in tact. I had an exhaust shop look at the muffler and they also confirmed that the pipe was welded off center. I wrote many emails to VRSF. They communicated a few times and placed blame on the diff mount over and over again. I asked to have the muffler exchanged and they stopped communicating. I emailed several times because they don’t have a phone number of course. I spoke to many people on BMW Forums that have also had fitment and customer support issues. One person didn’t even receive the exhaust tips and they refused to send new ones and did ended communication. They DO NOT care once they have your money and ship out poorly manufactured items. They do not take pride or ownership over their brand and are not loyal to their customers. I spent over $1700 with them and they didn’t care to respond. I was going to buy the race exhaust to swap out the street muffler and not I will not. I was also going to finish the setup with my other N54 and also buy an intercooler, downpipes, full exhaust, and dual cone filters for both cars. I decided to purchase another setup for my other car and fitment is 100% and actually sounds cleaner and performs very well. Possibly better. I will be getting rid of their junk and changing my setup. I’m glad that I have a lot of friends in the N54 community and shared my story with them at meets. I told them to make their own decisions with the facts that I have given them with my experience and they have made their decisions to purchase elsewhere. I saved many people from going through the same poor experience.

I ordered a small bung piece that was on my charge pipe, and it came in the following week. The machining of the threads looked proper, and was a simple to use Allen key stamp.

I think that VRSF is the best all-around company for car aftermarket upgrades. I've a BMW 335i E92, almost FBO (FMIC, Chargepipe and soon, Downpipe), all from these guys. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable! Well built products, great presentation and fast shipping. What more you can ask?

Fast shipping, product was quality. Installation was fairly easy, instructions would have made it easier, but it solved my issue regardless. Will shop with VRSF again.

Quality product...welds are perfect, raw material used could probably meet ISO standards....sound is unreal.
Running a catless DP with resonators deleted and wow.
Not sure if VRSF knows much cheaper they are and how much on par if not better the quality is.

VRSF makes high quality performance parts for bmws and other cars. I have a 2009 e90 335i and use only VRSF parts on my car. Their products beat my expectations quality and performance wise and I will continue to use their parts for future builds. Their support team is amazing and always willing to help wether it’s for shipping or product questions they are always there to help and respond quickly. Shipping takes only 3-5 days and their packaging quality has never disappointed.

It fits really good. Nice sound from the engine. LOve the product , i really recommend it.
