Hello guys, I order and a parts was sent that does not fit my vehicle, and I contacted customer service a month ago
But they do not respond
I do not recommend dealing with them
I am still waiting for a response until the company compensates m

Really just horrible company. They don't pay attention to their stock. Ive had 3 orders refunded because they can't keep track of whats in stock. Just awful customer service. Wait a week for a reply. Wish this scam ass company didn't monopolize the market. They should be shut down.

absolutely perfect service, very fast at organising shipment and very great at keeping me updated, was very impressed at all parts that arrived to see how high quality all of them were, definitely get what you pay for ! would 100% recommend vrsf as they have a great service team and all parts are top notch

Company is horrible. I ordered a part that I had to supply a vin for and got the wrong part but want to charge me restocking and to pay return freight.
I’d rather cut my losses then deal with a company like this. So I used the filters for my lawn mower and trashed the rest of it. And will never recommend or order anything from them again.

Package came professionally packaged and in a timely manner. Could not find a reason to complain if I wanted to. Quality of the part 10/10

Ordered downpipes for the #n54 #bmw . Because of some mishap the shipped items got returned, not their fault but...

Sent them a mail explaining what happened and asked if they could reship. Because of how the vrsf order system works they could not, but they where going to refund after deducting an amount because of the shipping.

Now 1 month later still haven't received a refund or a reply to my mail about said refund.

Exhaust looks nice , but doesn’t fit very well at all. Emailed them. Asked for pics and vin. Then never heard back. Disappointed. Down pipe and charge pipe fit with no issues.

I bought a downpipe, gasket and v-band clamp. I only received the downpipe and gasket. Contacted them about not receiving the v-band clamp 2 weeks ago and the customer support wanted pictures of my order and invoice, so immediately took pictures of everything I received and sent it back to them. Customer support then passed it on to some shipping manager and I have yet to hear anything. Tried emailing customer support again and heard nothing. So went through their website to the contact us again and was then told not to open another ticket on this problem. Well here we are 2 weeks later and I still haven't heard anything from them. I was going to buy a intercooler from them as well, but I am not going to purchase anything from vrsf again after this experience

I ordered an outlet from VRSF for my n55 powered 335i. Product came quickly and was free of defects. Would have been a 5 star experience had the product description clearly stated it did not come with a replacement o-ring. Great product, quick delivery, solid performance on my vehicle.

Very fast service and shipping. Great quality products with fair prices! Would recommend. Ordered downpipes, intercooler and chargepipe for a N54.

Poorly manufactured down pipe. I purchased two down pipes for my bmw with the n26 motor. Both downpipes were defective and they refused to give me a refund. The customer service is extremely poor. It take days to hear from them if they even reply. Even after sending in multiple pictures and videos of the defective parts and returning them they still didn't issue a refund. They didn't even offer to give me store credit. Do not buy their products it's not worth the frustration.
