Absolutely seamless rental. The customer service advisor made the pick up and paper work painless. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and being a Skoda it was an excellent car (Kamiq). I would not hesitate to use them again if the need arises and would definitely recommend. Price wise was very much on a par with the more familiar rental companies especially as I needed to travel to Europe in it.

From the moment I booked the car online, Israr (Aldershot branch) was in contact with me personally. The communication was first class from start to finish and Israr made it so easy to check in and collect the vehicle as well as deliver it back.

Not a criticism, but perhaps useful to know, there are no onsite parking facilities to leave your own car. Safe street parking 5 minutes walk away though.
