This was my first tine renting with VWFS and I found it to be an easy and effortless experience. I did all the paperwork and payments online so I could walk in to finish up the paperwork and drive away.
The staff were great, I had a lovely chat about the recent snow and ice while we went the paperwork and deposit payment. Same with the return of the car tbh. Quick, professional and friendly 🙂
I had the Tiguan, a lovely car. My first time in an automatic with self drive cruse control, lane and distance sensors... most of the time all I had to do was steer the car. It made motorway and variable speed areas easy on the legs and feet.

Great cars with a service above the competition
