I recently broke down in cambridge and Vwfs were incredible at handling my situation. I was supplied a replacement car that was identical to my own so I didn't have to learn how to drive a new car. Top marks for Stuart who organised it all. Super impressed!

We recently rented a car from VWFS at Cambridge.
Our original choice was badly damaged when it was returned by a previous renter so we were upgraded at no additional cost to a Skoda SUV.
Collecting and returning the vehicle was easy.
Because the substitution was last minute, the car wasn't particularly clean and only had 1/3 of a tank of fuel. Neither were really an issue and we were told just to return the car with the same amount of fuel, not the full tank normally required.
The Skoda performed well and handled the long driving days easily.
VWFS pricing was very competitive.
Service was excellent.

It was very easy to book and Umar was really helpful with collection and delivery of the car. It was also cheaper than other options available and the car was in very good condition. I would definitely use them again.

Umar was excellent throughout. The car supplied was new and a treat to drive. He was also very helpful in helping me to become familiar with the vehicle before driving it away. I would certainly recommend and go back next time I need to hire.

Very convenient and efficient booking online and pickup. Excellent new car. Very competitive price and easy drop-off. Renting after many years due to breakdown of my car. Perhaps I don't need another if renting this convenient and ecomical!

I came across VWFS Rent-a-Car on a google search and didn't really know it existed.

I have hired rental cars a few times with some other big names, however they are usually covered in Red tape, have high excesses and don't make anything easy.

VWFS Rent-a-Car is the total opposite, everything is clearly explained on the website with a fair collision excess and more importantly have a far more appealing rental rate.
They couldn't have been easier to deal with, I spoke with and hire from Liam at Vindis who made the process painless from start to finish.

The hire vehicle was almost new and had all the features you'd require for a comfortable journey.

I will definitely use them again in the future for any rental requirements.
