We rented a vehicle through VWFS Rent-a-Car Derby due to them having the specification we required. The vehicle was exactly as described, clean and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Staff were all helpful and professional, the whole process was refreshing compared to previous experiences at other rental companies. Highly recommended and well done all the team at Derby.

From calling up to book the van to returning the van was an easy process. The van was fuelled and was clean. Will definitely be using again.

Once again a fabulous experience in hiring the Transporter Kombi van. The whole process from booking, to collecting, to returning the vehicle is so efficient and easy. Customer service is superb with extremely helpful and informative support being given. The service is so good that when I return the vehicle I immediately book for the same again next year.

After experiencing a frustrating afternoon trying to secure a rental vehicle — with multiple companies confirming bookings and then cancelling at the last minute — I contacted Volkswagen. To my great relief, Jody answered the phone.

From the very beginning, Jody was exceptional. She listened, understood the urgency of my situation, and within minutes had arranged a vehicle for me — and not just any vehicle, but a very good one. Her professionalism, calm manner, and genuine willingness to help completely turned my day around.
