Erin was very helpful in letting us know what are the required documents beforehand, considering some reviews on Google indicated issues with accepted documents. Everything else was extremely smooth and quick, and the car was also in excellent condition. Will rent again next time.

Absolutely spot on.
A short walk from the Bus Station, express bus from Glasgow airport.
As soon as we arrived to pick up our Car, we were met straight away, and with a minimum amount of red tape and form filling we were on our way.
The Car was great, spotlessly clean and ready ti go.

Renting was very easy to do over their website. The staff were very friendly and renting was a breeze. The rate is very competitive, but as a trade-off, the deposit is almost 2x the market average. The car that I rented wasn't available, but I was upgraded to the next class with no extra charge. All in all I'm very satisfied and would go for VWFS for my next rental.

Car not available for hire but free upgrade to next class with no additional cost. Process was seamless with admin and all controls explained and plenty time to get familiar with car. Staff were excellent and cost very competitive. Would definitely recommend!!

All cars are new and under 10000kms, very good service and instant response. It's my second time taking a car with them. I always recommend this vfs to my friends.

Good rental option for longer trips. We’ve hired a car for 5 days from Henry Skoda. Booked a Fabia but we got VW - Polo. Car was clean and in very good condition. Had no issues whatsoever with our rental. Pick-up process took a bit longer then usual, but it was smooth.

Had a couple of issues initially. However they were very good at solving the problem and as a result it was a great rental.

This is how car hire should be. Competitive prices. No nonsense extra insurance. The car that I booked was what I got. A much better service than the cowboys I've experienced near the airport.
