Simple and efficient car hire without the fuss and small print. It was really easy to book, collect and return. Very courteus and knowledgeable staff. Also great prices too.

Affordable, nice clean car, friendly manager and easy setup. Would be nice if a service was provided to get to and from the Railway station, Durham VWFSRaC did this for out return ;). However, this is no fault and would 100% recommend.

Abdul was brilliant! Smooth handover, professional and very friendly and honest. Quick process and very competitive. Also like that you are guaranteed the car you book, whether that be fabia, scala, Octavia, superb, karoq or kodiaq. They also have a customer car park that you can leave your own car in during a hire period. Would definitely use again 100%

I was in trouble on Friday due to may car breaking down, I called to see if they had a rental car available which they did.

from collecting the car and taking it back the service was wonderful. everything was trouble free with both the gentlemen were very helpfull.and courteous!

This is the second time i have hired a car from this company, the service they give is fantastic. Quick hand over and very polite. I was shown known damage to the car before i drove off. The car itself was clean inside and out, ran well and seemed to be well maintained and performed well over the days i had it. Value for money and deposit returned quickly (Debit card) Overall i would recommend and will use them again.

Hired a car today from the lads over at leeds Vwfs, was so helpful through the process. They explained everything to me as Iv not driven an automatic car before. The Skoda Kamiq was in an immaculate condition and loved how it was ready parked at the front waiting for me.
