The car I hired had only 297 miles on the clock when I picked it up yet it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. As a non smoker this made journey very unpleasant and my clothes and hair smelt terrible when I finished my 175 mile journey. I contacted VWFS via email to complain but have not received a reply yet. Will not use again

An unexpected fault with my Skoda Fabia led me to approach D M Keith and Shairaz Saleem organised a four-day loan of a Skoda Kamiq to tide me over. He explained very clearly everything about the hire and send details of the agreement to my email address as we went through it. I found his manner exact and reassuring as I have not hired a car before. He carefully demonstrated how the Kamiq works - it is not started with a key - and explained the level of petrol that would have to be replaced and |I felt confident to drive it. When I freturned the car four days later he was courteous and qick to go through the paperwork and inspection of the car. I commend his high level of service

The car that was given was very clean and well maintained. Shairaz - their representative - was easy going and helped through the process of renting and returning the card without any hassles and very quickly. I hired rental car Skoda fabia from Leeds branch for 3 days. The rental prices are so much cheaper than enterprise and Arnold Clark, I would continue to rent from them as my budget is limited. The only thing is the deposit amount is quite high as compared to others. Overall, It was easy and smooth process. Shout out to the manager Shairaz who was quite helpful overall with the process.

i found them very professional and pleasant to deal with , and by far the cheapest. I had occasion to take the first car i hired back as a warning light came on , A car was waiting for me when i arrived and i was fully reimbursed for the fuel i had put in the first car.
