Superb
The whole process of booking a vehicle online, collecting and returning it was an absolute pleasure. The vehicle was practically brand new, clean and great to drive. As for customer service, Sean was fantastic, friendly and professional, an asset to the company. I would give 6 stars if I could, thank you.

Customer Service
Excellent customer Service. Amended the initial booking seamlessly and then when picking up/dropping it was easy. Needed the slightly extra luggage space for the camping holiday and well worth the hire - will definitely be renting again (unless I can persuade the wife that we need one 😀)

Really friendly and helpful welcome by all staff. The cheapest van hire I could find AND the vans are amazing to drive too and in great condition. If you keep staff informed of unexpected events, they do what they can (within reason) to help you out. I can't see myself going to any other company now for van hire. I've already recommended them to family.
