Really good experience from start to finish. Katy on reception was really helpful. Collected the car and was on my way within 15 mins. The original car I had booked was damaged so I got a choice of another car with no extra charges. Drop off was easy too and again off home within 10 mins. Would use again when we need a bigger car..

Great experience from VWFS. Same day hire from booking as my own car broke down hours before we were going on holiday. Every other hire place had no cars available immediately. Lady was lovely and helpful. Handover was very smooth and I drove away after 10 minutes. Taking the car back was exactly the same and deposit is on its way to me. Would definitely hire again if I needed it!

Hand over for the car was quick and easy and the lady at the reception was very helpful and pleasant! The showing of the car went smoothly and quickly and I drove off about 15 minutes from arrival. The car was in superb condition and drove well. Handing back the car went just the same as collection and all went smoothly and quickly with no problems and deposit came back into my account within 3 days. All in all my experience with VWFS rent-a-car was 5*! I highly recommend them!

Rented twice 7-seater now from thems.Katy was awesome.prices beating up all rent companies.first time was taking car back and on a38 get stone chipped windscreen so its costed me £492.but you never know whats can happen

Hired a car for european trip from Skoda Mansfield ( Belgium F1 GP @ Spa) in July. The whole process from start to finish was great. I was without a car I had contacted another car place who took all my details told them the time I needed it by only for them to ring back and say it wouldn’t be available until 5pm which was no good. Rang rent a car & they had a car available, car was immaculate and a 2024 plate was lovely to drive. Katy is so helpful and friendly, would highly recommend as the service was excellent!!.
