Very last minute hire due to my own car giving up just before driving to a holiday, 10/10 service, lovely car, reasonably priced and saved our family holiday! Could not fault the service I recieved. Would 100% recommend. All staff were polite and friendly and the online booking was very quick and easy.

Good service and timings

I am a returning customer, as always the car was spotless and the lady who handled the handover was very professional. The great thing here is that there are no hidden costs or extras, fuel is like for like, 3/4 of a tank on pickup so it’s easy to gauge how much to put in for the cars return.
I will use them again!

We hired a car for a week ,Great service when we went to collect the car ,We had everything explained to us we needed to know ,The condition of the car was great inside and out .We had to extend the hire by a day ,this was very simple, done over the phone ,On returning the car , everything went smoothly ,The service from start to finish was great , will definitely recommend to others and would use again if we need to hire a car in the future, Great price for day /week Thankyou

The morning before we were due to travel to the airport for our holiday our family car broke down and needed repair. Panic set in but fortunately we found VWFS online. We booked a vehicle and collected it within an hour. Staff are friendly and helpful and vehicles are emasculate. We rented for a week to basically get us to the airport and back. We were very impressed and will definitely be using them next time we need to hire a vehisle

The entire experience from start to finish was flawless. Katy was brilliant on the front desk. I can't recommend the company highly enough and will definitely return the next time I need to rent a car.

Ease of process at the desk it took less than 10minutes to drive away. The car was clean and brand new. Katy was really professional and efficient throughout the collection and return process.

Mansfield VW location was superb. Process was smooth and quick as I book online, it took like 10 minutes to sort me out and I was on the road after that. Staff were great very helpful, had it for the weekend and returned back on the Monday since their office hours are from Mon to Fri which didn't bother me at all. But overall, reliable, efficient rentals, had no issues. As always, I will be going back in the future.

Fantastic service, staff really friendly, car was perfect

Got me out of a pickle! Having to take my car into the garage with no courtesy car available I was scrambling to find a solution that was close to my garage. Katy managed to sort me out with a car at super short notice and was able to be flexible with me as I wasn't sure how long the rental needed to be. Katy was really polite and helpful throughout and communicated clearly! Cannot recommend enough!!

So helpful and friendly! Even lent me a wire as I had the wrong adapter for car play!
