No hidden cost
Mansfield VW location was superb. Process was smooth and quick as I book online, it took like 10 minutes to sort me out and I was on the road after that. Staff were great very helpful, had it for the weekend and returned back on the Monday since their office hours are from Mon to Fri which didn't bother me at all. But overall, reliable, efficient rentals, had no issues. As always, I will be going back in the future.

Got me out of a pickle!
Got me out of a pickle! Having to take my car into the garage with no courtesy car available I was scrambling to find a solution that was close to my garage. Katy managed to sort me out with a car at super short notice and was able to be flexible with me as I wasn't sure how long the rental needed to be. Katy was really polite and helpful throughout and communicated clearly! Cannot recommend enough!!

I picked up my rental car and was…
I picked up my rental car and was greeted well and shown around the car. The car was lovely and clean and I really enjoyed driving it. It was a swift hand over on returning the car and if I ever need a rental car again I will be returning.
