The car was easy to book, I got the car I chose, not an equivalent, paperwork was minimal and quickly dealt with and the rep was extremely friendly and helpful, all of which makes using them again a no-brainer.

Very easy to book online. Service at the Nottingham, West Bridgeford dealership was excellent. The vehicle was well presented. I have no hesitation in recommending this VW car hire service.

Very easy to book and pick up, also drop off. I had the best weekend away, and a smooth drive. I definitely recommend and will come back (if I don't buy a car in the meantime)

Needed a short term hire as my car had a problem and the garage needed it all day
The service was instant and I had a car very quickly.
The manager was helpful and I had no problems with a low mileage VW golf auto.

We hired a VW ID3 from VWFS. The online booking system was straight forward. I booked the car on the previous Saturday afternoon. On arrival, Ben was very helpful and sorted all the paperwork out. He made it very clear about all the vehicle's functions. This was particularly helpful, as we are intending on buying an ID3. Thank you Ben.

I needed a car for the weekend and had heard about VW rent-a-car.
I contacted the VW Nottingham dealership and spoke to Ben, the rental manager who was a really lovely guy and extremely helpful, answering all of my questions with a good level of knowledge. He talked me through the vehicle options and I chose the VW ID.5.
Collection of the vehicle was swift but not rushed, which meant I could be on my way without faffing about with lots of paperwork. I had not driven an electric vehicle before and was slightly apprehensive but Ben talked me through the controls and explained everything really well.

We needed a larger car for a week when family came to visit and we were keen that it be electric. I rang to ask a few questions and Ben was amazing; answering all of them and helping me decide which car was best. When there was a problem with our booking and it looked like we couldn’t have a car at all, Ben went out of his way to keep me in the loop and managed to find us another car at very short notice. All the paperwork was ready when we arrived to pick up the car and it was a super quick process. 100% would use them again!

Ben the Rental manger at VW was extremely helpful when I needed help with my car. I had to deal with the service department as there was an issue with my car and he went out of his way to help me and get me a rental car while mine was getting fixed. His been very helpful and I appreciate the service.
