Fantastic service. Needed a car at very short notice, to travel abroad, and this was the only company that could supply me with exactly, what I required. I booked online, in the evening and the perfect vehicle for th job, was ready, with all the correct documentation, first thing in the morning. I clocked over 3200 miles, in 7 days, in a large, comfortable and surprisingly, economic Skoda Kodiaq, without any fuss or extra costs. Big thanks to Fayez, for sorting all of this, minor miracle out. I will definitely choose Simpsons again, faultless!!!

Hired a lot of cars in the past for work and had the best experience here by a long shot. Quick, easy, friendly service. You choose your specific car and that's the one you get. And it is way cheaper than other hire places. Highly recommend and this will be my go to for the future.

I have rented a Skoda from VWFS this week and it was a very easy and positive experience. The paperwork was quickly and efficiently sorted and the car was a dream to drive! It had all the mod cons, helping me with navigation and keeping cool on these warm days. Can thoroughly recommend!

My wife and I (from Melbourne) had a 3 week driving holiday in England and Scotland in April 2022 and we hired a Skoda Octavia Estate from VWFS Rent-a-Car from Preston. Preston was good location to hire the car from as we flew in and out of Manchester. We looked at hiring a car from traditional car hire companies but found VWFS was a much better value deal. We were also very much appreciated dealing with a dedicated and professional rental department team. Fayaz was our main contact and he assisted us with all our queries before we booked our car. We will definitely use VWFS for future booking in UK. We have already told our Australian and UK friends and family about VWFS. Thank you Fayaz for your professional and friendly assistance.

Excellent service and car choice. The gentleman who looked after me was extremely helpful and courteous. The cost of hire was reasonable at a time when other car hire companies are looking to charge excessive amounts for rental vehicles.

I rented a Skoda Kodiak over the Easter weekend and cannot fault any aspect of the experience. The car was excellent and spotlessly clean, the price per day was extremely reasonable, and the customer service start to finish was fantastic. Highly recommended

The website wasn't up and running, but the deal was done by phone! Fayaz kindly picked me up in the morning and he also ferried me home after the rental. Great service. The car was a Kodiak and went well. I did 600 miles, mostly motorway and 70mph. Fuel was 45-50mpg (diesel auto). The only negative raised was that it's not really a 7 seater for adults. 4 adults and 2 children would be comfortable. Overall booking took 40 mins and return 15 mins. I would definitely use again.
