The staff were really nice and friendly, very welcoming. The price were fair and cheaper than other competitors. However, the car has not have navigation installed; it would also be better if we can get a discount next time we rent a car from this company again.

A very straightforward booking process, good selection of cars available. Car was ready to collect at time agreed. The Rental Staff (Helen Jamieson) was very helpful, and dealt with us in a efficient way, yet was friendly. The car was clean, reasonable mileage, and reliable. On return after 30 days, again an easy experiance, and would recommend Johnsons VW Solihull to anyone needing rental cars in this area.

I have hired cars from many companies on my visits to the UK over the years but my experience with VWFS car rental from Johnson's, Solihull was by far the best. Great service from friendly and courteous staff on both pick up and drop off. Excellent prices, simple process and got the car I actually booked. I have used this company twice now and both times the service has been exceptional and easy. I felt comfortable with everything and didn't feel at all harrassed about insurances and all those hidden worries I have had in the past when renting a car. The car was great and was exactly what we needed. I would agree with a previous post that a key drop out of hours/weekends would be very useful. This was a very easy transaction. Convenient to pick up and drop off at my local VW dealership. Chelsea was very helpful throughout. The price was very competitive also. We hired a Tiguan to lug my sons junk off to university and this was a great choice.
Only minus being the interior of the car hadn’t been cleaned from the past user.
