Got through to Taylor; she helped as soon as she could got everything booked and in place for when I needed it.

Top quality car, for a very reasonable price.
They were very helpful when rearranging/extending drop-off time.
The staff even helped make sure I could get home after I dropped off the car, which was a unexpectedly challenging due to very few taxi firms running that day.
Friendly staff and a great service.

We received an excellent service from Jacob, he is super professional and helpful. He has such a lovely demeanour about him. He delivered service with a smile and always tried his best to help us as we had to extend our rental a couple of times due to our car not being ready in time. I would highly recommend Jacob and VW team! Thank you for all your help Jacob :)

Taylor and Jacob are great , all staff are very welcoming. There was a problem with the car we had booked but Jacob phoned us in advance to tell us and gave us an upgrade. 😃. Booking process is really easy, it must be as Im not computer literate and I can use it ! This is the second time we have used them as we come from Cornwall we come up in a motorhome then Uber to VWFS to collect the car so we can visit family. It’s very central. We will use them every time we come to Birmingham.

I’d like to say that dealing with VW Rent-A-Car Service at Johnson’s Volkswagen Solihull was an absolute dream. The lady that I dealt with was called Taylor Ellis and she was absolutely amazing. She got a rental car sorted out where another firm that we’re dealing with the RAC had utterly failed, Taylor was on the ball and had a car booked within minutes of the rac contacting her. Truly Taylor is absolutely amazing and is a credit to the company that she works for and I cannot praise her highly enough. The vehicle that was sorted out was the exact same vehicle that I drive normally so no problems there whatsoever she was very knowledgeable calmed situation down, her customer service was absolutely impeccable. As a motability customer staying mobile is crucial to my everyday life and in maintaining my independence and Taylor and the rental service at VW Solihull have done amazingly and I have passed this positive feedback back to motability operations.
