Great Service.
Jacob was most attentive and dealt with our booking in a very efficient manner. We left our own car with him whilst we hired a Karoq and he very kindly had it cleaned for us whilst we were away. Excellent service.

Excellent Service - VWFS Solihull
Jacob has looked after our booking for the last 7 months of having hire cars via VWFS. He is extremely professional and approachable. The service from VWFS Solihull has been excellent throughout. No problems with the cars hired, always presentable and fault free. Will certainly continue to use them in the future for any hire car requirements we have.

Amazing service
Amazing service, great price. I had an injury day after I rented the car and was unable to use it. They came and collect it for a fair price and refunded the difference. Brilliant service from a great garage.
I will 100% use them again.

Exceptional service
Ben and Jacob were very helpful and informative by advising me of their vehicle availability. I came in for a general enquiry, they didn't have the car available at the time, but they said they would keep me updated via email or phone, so I can book it straight away. The car became available two days before my booking date Ben called me to let me know that the car is now available and ask if I wanted to move my book in forward at no extra cost, so I did.
Would definitely use these guys again!

My experience of car hire …
Picking up the car was very straight forward. Jacob was extremely helpful, explained everything and dealt with us very efficiently.
The car itself was in excellent condition and I enjoyed driving it.
Dropping off was also very easy, with quick and friendly service. I would definitely use them again.

Communication quite poor
Was good but could have been better, every time I’d call in to extend rental I’d be waiting too long/rep wasn’t available - that can be improved - eventually when Jacob or someone else was finally available it would be ok

Straight forward and budget friendly
Straight forward and budget friendly. Rented a VW T-Cross for 3 days. No mileage limit, friendly customer service, no hassle and for £35 a day was a bargain. Will definitely use again when needed.

Car was great
Car was great - brand new, very clean and high spec. The model we booked is what we got. They were very flexible and able to change times and add dated on very easily. Pick up and drop off was smooth and relatively quick. We would use again.

The car was fine but it did not have GPS which caused me a problem as I have no UK phone and I was out of mobile data. Luckily my friend loaned me a Garmin

The person who dont let any one smoke in thier own vehicle why would they let them smoke on a rental car and this is the 3rd time they have charged me for a smell off smoke it's just redicolous
