VWFS Rent-a-Car - Southampton (Hedge End) Reviews 

Hired a T-Roc for 3 weeks for my trip back to th UK.
I live in western Australia but this did not stop the communication and information being excellent.
From start to finish Colin kept in touch with updates and answered all my stupid questions.
Pick up was smooth and easy and returning the vehicle was even easier.
The deposit was returned with no issues and I will definitely be using them again for next year's trip.
In other news I am seriously considering buying a T-Roc...what an awesome car.

I hired a T-Roc from them to take My daughter to Uni in Newcastle, Fantastic service, very simple website to use, gave price and availability straight away (very good price) no hidden extra's like I found with some of the others and a lot lower deposit than the Major rental companies. When we picked the car up, it was a brand new model with 300 miles on the clock. Lovely car very good spec. The collection and drop off was very simple and Colin was very helpful. even from the email I got from him confirming the rental and what we needed to do. I would highly recommend them for any car from a Polo up to a large Tiguan 7 seater. Brilliant experience, will be booking again in a couple of Months for a visit and then to bring her home.

Couldn’t fault the whole experience with Colin and the vehicle. Got exactly the car I requested at a reasonable price, it was pretty much new and the pick up and drop off process was slick and professional. Should I need to hire a car again I’ll be coming back!

I recently rented a car if VWFS Southampton and the experience was faultless as always. I rented for personal use this time but the business I work for always use VWFS if needed and we always have a perfect experience.

Colin Bowers looked after me and he went above and beyond as always.

My car broke 5 hours before I was suppose to drive over to Europe for a holiday. Concerned that I would have to cancel the trip. I spoke to Colin and he had me a car sorted within an hour, and dealt with all of the documentation required for taking a rental car abroad. Colin was completely transparent about everything about the rental. The car was brand new and spotless.

Kevin Martin was great! Our car failed its MOT and we needed a vehicle we called and spoke to Kevin who was extremely friendly and helpful and within 1 hour we were back on the road. From start to finish the process was easy and cost fair less than we thought. Would highly recommend.

I emailed Colin about taking a VW Tiguan from UK to France for our family of four travelling from Australia. He gave me all the details, exact pricing and car we would have, including registration details so I could pre book ferry’s for our road trip.
On pick up we had the Car as promised, basically brand new with lots of options, plenty of space for everyone and luggage, good on fuel and great on the highway.
Good blokes to deal with, honest and happy to help out. He even dropped me off at the train station on car return!
Will definitely be using them again for future trips.

Excellent car hire. Easily booked with Colin. Quick communication, all questions answered. Car was exactly what I requested plus it was very high spec and almost brand new. Return was quick and easy. All in all very efficient. Discount for a longer hire too.

Colin, a member of staff at VWFS provided an excellent service for a short notice car rental, even though it was almost closing time. He went over above expectations by kindly offering to pick me up at the train station to facilitate the car hire for the day. I was very pleased with the quality of the car and the no-hazzle paper work for hiring the car.

It was a seamless service. It is not my first time. The service rendered was professional. The car was great.
