These folks are head and shoulder (and then even more) above the rest. From my first contact to turning in the vehicle it was a great experience every single step of the way. Steve Jones is super responsive. Send him an email and always get a prompt reply.

The vehicle was clean and in great condition. Steve even picked me up at the train station when I was coming to fetch the car. Personalized service. Not like the other big name rental agencies.

You actually talk to someone who knows who you are.

Next time there will be no question as to where I will be going to rent a car. These guys are the best!

This is the second time I have rented from Steve and the team at VW Southampton once again the customer service was amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The car itself was also clean and reliable. I would not hire from anyone else.

Easy to book online and office answered my enquiry call quickly and efficiently.
On collection Steve was very informative and delivered a rundown on the necessary driving need to know gadgets on this particular model of car.

I’ve got to say having spoken to a couple of competitors before being given a recommendation to Vwfs rent a car in hedge end I will say these gents are a mile above the rest . Already rent the car for 3-4 times in a year. Everything is going smooth and efficient from booking online, picking up the car and returning the car. Location is great and easy to get there. The car is clean and comfort. Must book again. Really appreciated!
