Excellent service and value
Steve Jones deserves commendation for the customer care that he gives. I have used VWFS at Hedge End several times. For service, value for money and completeness of hire package, I would not go anywhere else. Without doubt 5-star.

Best hire car experience ever!
Hired a car for a weeks holiday in Scotland. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find online and no 'hidden surprises'. Excellent customer service from Steve at the Hedge End branch. Highly recommended.

We hired a car from the Hedge End branch of VW Rent-a-Car a few days ago. The representative who dealt with us, Steve, could not have been more helpful. He was polite, friendly and professional at all times. He explained the hiring procedure to us and made sure that we fully understood the car before taking it away.
Highly recommended.

Pickup on time and details of hire explained (no hidden costs). The handover was good and the car was very well explained to me, all questions were answered, the car was clean and tidy as new.

Hired a seven seater vehicle
Hired a seven seater vehicle and l found the whole experience very efficient. Easy to book online and extremely efficient when l went to pick the vehicle up. I will be back in the future to hire again.

I recently hired a Polo from here and couldn't recommend them more. Steve (Jones) couldn't have been more helpful. Reasonably priced, clean and economic car. Steve explained everything clearly and and was available if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely use them again.
