Great service, very easy to book and took me 10 minutes to collect the car. Car was a touch dusty inside but otherwise was a pleasure to drive. Will definitely rent from there again.

Overall the experience was just great. First off, we got an upgrade from our booked car to one with longer range (EV), because the actual one was not available anymore. The car we got was brand new so I was worried that they might be picky when we return the car, but that wasn’t the case either. Just a quick look at the rims (they were quiet nice ones) and once around the car. The rent is probably a bit more expensive than elsewhere, but you get the car you want, nice service and it’s a well known provider. Would definitely recommend!

Very bad service cars are extremely dirty from inside over mileage for car hire 30,000 miles 21 reg car scratches everywhere outside damage is insane every panel inside seats dash filthy and disgusting to even touch.

Richard was excellent in helping through the whole process of getting the care and at the handover. Everything was seamless. Will definitely be using your services the next time I am over in the UK from Australia. Thank you.

We got the exact car we wanted. Processes were simple. Very personal service. Rates were very reasonable. The car was in excellent condition.

First experience with taking out a car with them, easy check-in experience.
A good selection of cars from the Volkswagen collection, I took at the ID3 as it was only a little bit more than the Polo and more spacious.

Overall really happy with the experience, nice and easy to extend the agreement if needed.
Will go with them again, If I ever need a temporary car again.

Easy to book on line, service was excellent, car was virtually new.
If I have one issue, which has been mentioned before, it's the fueling policy. It should be full tank to full tank.

The service provided was excellent. I found VWFS Rent-a-Car on line. Having found the Watford/Bushey branch, I phoned to confirm some details and Richard who dealt with the rental was fantastic in the service he provide. He dealt with all my queries checking that the car was going to be suitable for my purpose. I collected the car without any problem and today returned the car. All was great and as with VW Cars the drive was very enjoyable. Thank you to Richard.

Really great experience from booking online to picking up in the showroom. Really easy. Richard was great. Even when i needed to extend but the car needed to be swapped, he sorted it no issues.
