I love Wacoal bras, but I have a problem with the website imagery and designs available as a woman with a fuller figure. There are only 3 minimizer designs available on the website in 2025. The imagery for the "full figure" bras are modeled on women with A and B cups. Why is this happening, with so much attention in the media to plus sized women? Why can't I find a good minimizer bra or website imagery in 2025 from a company that was founded in the 1940s? Is the current focus lingerie for tiny women who want to maximize their breasts or women with plastic surgery featuring their artificial assets???? Why can't fuller figures have their fair share of website imagery? I am not that big - size 36 DD. HELP. Trustpilot - can you add a feature to upload accompanying photos, like Google Reviews has??? The visual would help the Wacoal and readers understand my review. A majority of information sharing in 2025 is VISUAL. THANKS.

I personally prefer their Japanese products more than the range in Europe, but the service of this website is great.

I know it is good to stay minimal packaging for environment, but what they are selling is lingerie.
It was just a thin wrapping paper but they wrapped it nicely.
They don't have to do it but they do. I was just impressed with their service.
It also doesn't reveal it is underwear when you opened it, so maybe it is good if you want to send it as a gift.

They also have free 90 days return.
It is hard for me to find a fitted bra, so it's great when my purchased bra didn't fit well I can still buy and try another size and compare the fit.
I didn't try but they looks like having online fitting service either.
