I won a voucher.
So after looking online at the Wahu site . I placed an order for 2 Wave tube for my grandchildren who love anything to do with the ocean / beach. So i place my order and paid delivery fee, received email it was on it way, delivery in less than a week. Thank you Wahu. Very happy grandchildren.

I love Wahu! So much fun things for the kids to play with- definitely makes the summer days in the sun/pool much greater.
I gave a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star as alot of there products are out of stock (so popular so really a positive) but would be awesome if they got more stock in to keep up with all the happy customers

Got some stuff to use in the pool

We have not used the slide yet it was purchased as a gift for our Grandson for Christmas. However, Wahu gets 5 stars for the speed and promptness of delivery and the way the company kept us appraised along the way. I feel confident that if we do have an issue with the slide Wahu are the sort of company you can speak to about their products. It's going to be a long hot Summer and I can foresee many easy to transact purchases of Wahu products online to come!

I sent in my order and immediately I changed my mind about having two dragon kites as they were presents for my grandkids and it would be easier to tell them apart. I phoned and spoke to someone in the office and asked him if it would be possible to alter the order - they were the same price. He said he would ring me back.

No phone call happened and my order of two identical kites duly arrived.

Ordered 2 items but one was the incorrect size; I am currently awaiting a response from the company as to how to rectify.
