Box arrived and the toy (surfer dude one of 2 purchased) was out of its casing and all the pieces scattered in the box. Even the paper backing was torn.
I phoned to express my disappointment and no one even phoned back.
I specifically paid more for express / priority delivery.
I could have purchased them elsewhere for a cheaper price, but thought your brand was worthy - big mistake

Easy transaction
Easy transaction, good quality items, relatively fast shipping / transit time (ok deal for free shipping over AU100) = would use Wahu again.
Negative aspect is that there are a lot of items 'out of stock' when shopping online (no lead time offered - just advice to contact stockists/retailers.)

We bought the blue swim ring with seat
We bought the blue swim ring with seat for my 11 month old. Website was easy to navigate, and the purchase was super efficient. Delivery was quick and well packaged. The swim ring itself is super cute and the mesh section on the front is great for my son to watch the water below him, which he loved. Design is really functional and works really well. It would probably be a bit of a squeeze for a 2year old but for my 11 month old son it's perfect and will probably fit him til about 18months. Highly recommend.
